1. You need a green radish or any root and thai
knife. Take a thin slice off, but do not cut it off
completely.
2. Cut off a second thin slice. Separate it from the
root. There are butterfly wings.
3. Cut a small part off for a basis.
4. Cut a narrow part of the root rim to make butterfly
horn.
5. Make the horns more visible by removing some
root flesh as the picture shows.
6. The horns are ready.
7. Using thai knife cut off some flesh to get nice
butterfly wings shape.
8. Carve out a pattern onto the wings.
